J'irais presque jusqu'à penser que le débat que nous entretenons n'est pas étranger à l'évolution des CGI (non datées!) que l'on peut découvrir depuis peu chez SFR (ICI).

Dans le paragraphe 5.4.4 ils affirment que la licence qui s'applique est la GPL 3.

Or le kernel est en GPL V2 et ils n'ont aucune autorité pour faire changer le Copyright défini par les auteurs.

Leur idée de passer en V3 ne peut donc jouer que pour les seuls logiciels écrits par SFR/Neuf/Efixo et qui seraient mis en licence GPL ...
